Great experience overall. Tom came out to give me a quote for the work and before leaving he had already started doing his research on the box I was wanting installed. Very good service and happy with the work he did for us. Arrived at the time he said. Very polite and kept me up to date with how he was getting on. Tom stayed to help me get the app up and running and even contacted customer service for me to help get my app working. He double checked everything with me before going ahead regarding the placement of the wall box. Would highly recommend!
I asked to have a quote for 3 light fittings and 3 sockets, Tom came to quote on the Monday and because I was getting flooring put down on the Friday he managed to fit me in on the Thursday, which was great. Very friendly and helpful and cleared up after they’d finished.
We had the old fashioned central light fitting with some 30 year old spot lights and wanted to change to LED lights for a more modern and fresh look, it involved drilling holes for the new position and connecting to the existing power source, it created a lot of dust, all was left spotless and we are over the moon with the workmanship, great job at very competitive prices.
